Mike doesn’t just sell karts, he races them. And he wins. A lot. Then he shares what he learns with the entire team. Racers from all over the track come to Mike all day long because they know he’ll drop what he’s doing on his own kart to help them with theirs. And they know that no matter what part they broke, there’s probably a new one in that big trailer CFM hauls to every race.
And there’s more: CFMotorsports is part of a full-service machine shop, and Mike is a master machinist and welder. When you race with us, there’s nothing that’ll keep you off the track.

Two heads are better than one, but what about a bunch of them? When you have a question, you need look no farther than the drivers standing next to you for the solution.
Once at the last day of racing at New Hampshire, Shane wrecked his kart, and wrecked it good. Instantly there was a swarm of hands at work on it. Not only did he make it to the grid, he won the race and the class championship.
Everybody helps everybody. And we have a blast doing it. It is constant jokes and laughter. People walk by the CFMotorsports pits and wonder if they’re at the track or a party. This is racing, it’s supposed to be fun.

After a quick pass through indoor karts Jonathan wanted more speed. In 2011 he jumped in with both feet running TaG Junior in the NHKA Racing Series where he earned a pole and three podiums.
What got you into karting?
I went to the Formula 1 race in Canada and knew that I had found my sport. It didn’t take much research to see that all those guys started in karting.
What do you love about karting?
It’s fast and it’s fun. I can work hard in school all week long knowing that on the weekends I get to do what I love.
Why CFMotorsports?
My father and I heard again and again that CFM was the best shop in the Northeast. Being a rookie, I’ve bent parts. Thanks to Mike and the guys I was back on track fast getting valuable seat time.
